Ingredients
  

  • 1 and 1/2 cup sama washed and soaked for 10min
  • 1 qty potato cut into very small cubes
  • 2 cup coconut milk (optional)
  • Rock salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp Coriander
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves
  • 1 qty chilli finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat little ghee in a pan put jeera let it crackle now add potato and sama and stir fry for 5min then put coconut milk or water, add salt green chillies and boil for ten minutes
  • Lastly look at the consistency if you need more water add then add Coriander, mint together and just mix
  • Your sama rice pulav for a tasty and healthy dinner is ready
  • Eat with curd and faarali chutney

  • 1 cup spinach/palak
  • 1 apple green or red
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1/2 cup mint
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Put everything together in a mixture and grind with little water and drink.

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 cup coarsely crushed
  • Peanuts or any nut of your choice
  • 1 Cucumber cubes
  • 2 tbsp chopped Coriander
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Crackle the sesame seeds & jeera on small Kadai (dry tadka, no oil) & then put together everything and toss well,
  • Make it just before serving.

  • 1 tbsp honey in it.

  • Take one cup thick Yogurt mix 1 tsp honey in it.
  • Keep it in the fridge for one hour.
  • Now Put cut banana and pomegranate seeds on top, chopped nuts and pumpkin seeds on top.
  • Its very filling and very healthy.
  • Will keep your stomach calm and soothing.
